Functional Performance Chiropractic and Wellness has been taking care of Elkhorn's athletes since 2014. We work with athletes of all ages and disciplines. Dr. Nate is a chiropractor with a master's degree in nutrition and functional medicine and more than 14 years of coaching experience.

Our services include: chiropractic care, dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue work, laser therapy, spinal decompression, nutrition guidance.

Our goal: We work hard to keep you running, and when something stops you, we work even harder to get you back out there.
